Day 16 (Plyometrisucks)

I tried to do plyometrisucks and didn’t make it 20 minutes.  Yes, I was definitely tired but my right knee is being a bitch.  My right leg is my stronger leg but today is was hurting.  Not muscle hurt…  Joint hurt.  The further I went the more it hurt.  I finally stopped in the hopes that I’m not doing permanent or semi-long term damage.  I sat outside trying to think of something to do to compensate.  It is hard to do cardio and low impact.  All I could think of was walking so right away I got up and walked two miles.  My heart rate was only averaging 140.  I also only burned 650cals on a cardio day.  That’s weak sauce.

I will need to make up for this day.  My legs didn’t get a solid workout.  I might try this again instead of Kempo X and just take it easy my next cardio day.   However, Kempo is easier on the knees and keeps my heart rate up really high.  Who knows…
